1. Get the template
Download the CSV template and open it in Excel / Numbers / Google Sheets. One row = one model. Keep the header row unchanged — you don't need a name column, the boat is identified by manufacturer + model + variant.

Attach a .csv file, or paste the contents (including the header row). Columns may be in any order; missing values are fine.
3. What happens next
Each valid row becomes a separate proposal in the moderation queue (marked with a batch ID so they stay together). Invalid rows are listed with the reason so you can fix and re-upload just those.
